طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل تسهیل اثربخشی تدریس اعضای هیئت‌ علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی مدل تسهیل اثربخشی تدریس اعضای هیئت ‌علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران و سپس اعتبارسنجی آن بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران بود. در این پژوهش ابتدا با روش نمونه‌گیری نظری، 15 نفر از متخصصان انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. سپس پرسشنامه مدل تسهیل اثربخشی تدریس طراحی در بخش کمی و در میان 281 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی مورد پیمایش قرار گرفت. نتایج شامل مؤلفه­های ویژگی­های شخصیتی و اخلاقی استاد (ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای استاد)، مهارت‌های ارتباطی بین فردی، مهارت‌های آموزشی و تدریس، توسعه انگیزش و پرورش در دانشجویان، توانایی مدیریت کلاس، توانایی ارزیابی دانشجویان، توانایی تدوین طرح درس و محتوا، توسعه مشارکت دانشجویان، توانایی انتقال مؤثر مطالب (مهارت‌های فردی-آموزشی استاد)، توانمندی علمی و توانمندی پژوهشی (توانمندی علمی-پژوهشی استاد)، جذب استادان شایسته، ارزیابی استادان، توسعه حرفه‌ای و انگیزه بخشی به استادان (راهبردهای مربوط به اساتید)، سازوکار مناسب در آموزش مجازی، توجه به قواعد آموزشی (راهبردهای مربوط به آموزش) و نهایتاً تمرکز بر عوامل بیروتی و تمرکز بر عوامل درونی (راهبردهای مربوط به دانشگاه) جهت تسهیل اثربخشی تدریس بود. نتایج بخش کمی نیز نشان داد که از مجموع شاخص143، نهایتاً 128 شاخص مرتبط با مؤلفه‌ها تشخیص داده شد.
