تحلیل آموزش مغفول شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه در برنامه درسی رشته SBM

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل آموزش مغفول شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه در برنامه درسی رشته کارشناسی SBM بود. جامعه تحقیق شامل افراد کارآفرین و کلیه سرفصل‌های برنامه درسی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و وفناوری برای رشته‌ کارشناسی SBM در سال 99-1400 بود، برای انتخاب آنها از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در بخش افراد کارآفرین و روش نمونه گیری سرشماری در بخش سرفصل‌های رشته‌ کارشناسی SBM استفاده گردید. ابزار پژوهش در این تحقیق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و چک لیست تحلیل محتوا است. بدین صورت که در ابتدا با 12 نفر از افراد کارآفرین برای استخراج شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه مصاحبه صورت گرفت، سپس براساس شایستگی‌های استخراج شده چک لیست تحلیل محتوا طراحی شد تا میزان حضور شایستگی های کارآفرینانه در سرفصل‌های برنامه درسی رشته کارشناسی SBM مورد تحلیل قرار گیرد. نتایج در بخش مصاحبه بیانگر استخراج 6 مقوله اصلی و 44 زیر مولفه شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه شامل: دانش کارآفرینانه (8 زیر مولفه)، آگاهی کارآفرینانه (7 زیر مولفه)، نگرش کارآفرینانه (12 زیر مولفه)، فرصت آفرینی کارآفرینانه (4 زیر مولفه)، مدیریتی کارآفرینانه (9 زیر مولفه) و اجتماعی کارآفرینانه (4 زیر مولفه) بود. در بخش تحلیل محتوا یافته‌ها نشان داد که میزان حضور شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه در بین سرفصل‌های برنامه درسی در رشته‌ کارشناسی SBM مورد غفلت قرار گرفته‌اند و نیز در سرفصل‌های برنامه درسی این رشته‌ شایستگی‌های مدیریتی کارآفرینانه دارای بیشترین فراوانی و شایستگی‌های اجتماعی کارآفرینانه دارای کمترین فراوانی هستند. بنابراین لازم است که برنامه درسی رشته کارشناسی SBM با توجه به عدم حضور شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه مورد بازنگری قرار گیرد.
