کلاس معکوس در آموزش عالی ایران: با تاکید بر مزایای آن برای فراگیران

چکیده

کلاس‌های معکوس به عنوان یک روش آموزشی برای بهبود درگیری دانشجویان، مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی، پیامد‌های یادگیری و موفقیت در حال رشد هستند. با این حال، ادبیات فعلی در کلاس‌های درس معکوس، بینش محدودی در مورد انگیزه‌ها، ادراک‌ها و مزایای فراگیران، به ویژه در زمینه آموزش عالی ارائه می‌دهد. هدف از این مطالعه کیفی، درک مدرسان کلاس معکوس در آموزش عالی ایران، با تأکید بر مزایای آن برای فراگیران بود که مربیان هنگام تدریس در قالب کلاس معکوس در یک دانشگاه دولتی با آن روبرو می‌شوند. به طور خاص، در این مطالعه بهترین استراتژی‌ها برای اجرای کلاس‌های درس معکوس ذکر شده است. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای کیفی از نظر هدف کاربردی و از جهت روش پژوهش کیفی و مبتنی بر پارادایم تفسیری و با رویکرد استقرایی در این مطالعه از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته برای گرداوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. ۱۳ نفر از اساتید که قبلاً با استفاده از روش کلاس معکوس، تدریس می‌کردند، مصاحبه شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برای افزایش پایایی و اعتبار تجزیه و تحلیل، از کمک همکار استفاده شد. یافته‌های این پژوهش چندین مزایای مرتبط با بکارگیری روش تدریس معکوس در آموزش عالی ایران را نشان داد: ۱) افزایش کیفیت یادگیری، ۲) تقویت تفکر سطح بالا و ۳) اجتماعی کردن فراگیران. این یافته‌ها به طور بالقوه می‌توانند به عنوان راهنمایی برای مدرسانی که می‌خواهند برای بهبود نتیجه یادگیری دانشجویان خود از روش کلاس درس معکوس سود ببرند، استفاده شود.
