نقش پیش بینی کننده فلسفه‌های آموزشی بر سبک‌های تدریس مدرسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان کرمانشاه

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر تعیین نقش فلسفه های آموزشی در سبک های تدریس اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان کرمانشاه در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود. تحقیق حاضر به روش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه اساتید و مدرسین( عضو هیات علمی، مامور و موظف) دانشگاه فرهنگیان کرمانشاه به تعداد 101 نفر بود. با توجه به کوچک بودن جامعه آماری حجم نمونه معادل کل جامعه درنظر گرفته شد. از مقیاس فلسفه آموزشی پاتریشیا (1972) و پرسشنامه سبک تدریس معلمان گراشا و ریچمن (1996) به عنوان ابزار پژوهش استفاده گردید. داده ها با استفاده ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. براساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر فلسفه آموزشی، فلسفه تدریس پیشرفت گرایی فلسفه غالب و سبک تدریس تعاملی سبک تدریس غالب در میان اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان بودند. همچنین آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق نشان داد بین فلسفه آموزشی و ابعاد آن با سبک های تدریس و ابعاد آن در اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین فلسفه آموزشی می تواند پیش بینی کننده سبک های تدریس اساتید باشد. براین اساس می توان با شناخت فلسفه های آموزشی اساتید رویکردها و سازوکارهای آموزشی که توسط آنان به کار می رود را پیش بینی کرد.
