طراحی برنامه درسی آموزش سواد عاطفی برای دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، دستیابی به چارچوب برنامه درسی آموزش سواد عاطفی برای دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان ایران بود. این پژوهش کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش متشکل از 14نفر از اساتید، متخصصان وخبرگان برنامه ریزی درسی و روانشناسان می باشند که ازطریق نمونه گیری هدفمند وازنوع گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. معیار کفایت تعداد مشارکت کنندگان، اشباع نظری بود. ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساخت مند بود. اعتبار یا بی داده های کیفی از طریق اعتبارپذیری و اعتمادپذیری با استفاده از تکنیک همسوسازی داده ها صورت گرفت. یافته های پژوهش در بخش هدف نشانگر آن است که طراحان برنامه درسی در زمینه سواد عاطفی باید اهتمام بیشتری به حیطه های شناختی(دانشی)، عاطفی(نگرشی) و روانی حرکتی(مهارتی) آموزش سواد عاطفی داشته باشند. در این برنامه درسی با توجه به ویژگی های یادگیرندگان، محتوا فراگیرمحور و فعالیت محور انتخاب شود. ویژگی های راهبردهای یاددهی یادگیری این برنامه تعاملی بودن، کاربردی بودن و اکتشافی و کاوشگرانه بودن و ویژگی های ارزشیابی برنامه درسی منطقی بودن و مبتنی بودن بر شواهد می باشد. در برنامه درسی تربیت معلم علاوه بر بعد شناختی به بعد عاطفی و صلاحیت های عاطفی معلم توجه شود.
