الگوی جاری تربیت دینی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی: رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی الگوی جاری تربیت دینی در برنامه­های درسی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش داده­ بنیاد انجام گرفت. جامعه­ی آماری شامل کلیه اساتید، دانشجویان و مدیران گروه­های آموزشی واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در استان خراسان رضوی بوده که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع ملاک ‌محور انتخاب شدند. داده­ها از طریق مصاحبه­ی نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته با بیست و دو نفر از اساتید، دانشجویان و مدیران گروه­های آموزشی بدست آمده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده شد. برای تأمین روایی و پایایی از معیارهای لینکن و کوبا استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان‌دهنده­ی بیست و پنج مفهوم محوری است که در قالب مدل پارادیمی استروس و کوربین (2008) شامل ناکارآمدی نظام آموزشی در درونی سازی ارزش‌های دینی به عنوان مقوله‏ی محوری و شرایط علی (ناتوانی دانشگاه در همکاری بین بخشی، ضعف هویت دینی دانشجویان، عدم توجه به‌نظام آموزشی دانشگاهی دین‌محور)، عوامل زمینه­ای (عوامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی، عوامل سازمانی، عوامل آموزشی)، شرایط مداخله­­ای تسهیل‏گر(شبکه‌سازی دانشگاه با نهادهای متولی تربیت دینی، اعتبار منابع درسی، تخصص اساتید)، شرایط مداخله­گر محدودکننده(چالش روشی، چالش‌های بینشی، چالش‌های کنشی)، راهبردها (فرهنگ‌سازی تربیت دینی، اعتقاد درونی همراه با توجه به التزام عملی در تربیت دینی، اعتدال در تقویت و گسترش تربیت دینی، آموزش جامع و همه‌جانبه، شبکه‌سازی و تعامل‌گرایی در تربیت دینی) و پیامد (عدم تحقق جامعه اسلامی و عدم استقرار فرهنگ دینی در دانشگاه و جامعه، بی‌اعتنایی و عدم پایبندی به ارزش‌های دینی) سازمان یافت.
