شناسایی ویژگی‌ها و مولفه‌های برنامه درسی آموزشی عالی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ویژگی‌ها و مولفه‌های برنامه‌ی درسی آموزش عالی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم انجام شده است. رویکرد پژوهش از نوع کیفی و روش آن سنتزپژوهی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مقالات نگاشته شده به زبان انگلیسی در حوزه‌های برنامه درسی آموزش عالی درعصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم در طی سال‌های 2016 تا 2021 بوده است. از 162 مقاله به دست آمده به روش هدفمند، 86 مقاله جهت تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، آموزش عالی4.0 ‌، بازطراحی برنامه‌های درسی‌، فناوری‌محوری، مهارت‌پروری، آموزش استم  به سوی استیم ، برنامه درسی جهانی‌ با رویکرد بومی‌گرایی، یادگیری مادام‌العمر، رویکرد میان‌رشته‌ای، تربیت منابع انسانی شایسته، پیوند برنامه درسی و صنعت 4.0، شخصی‌سازی برنامه درسی و آموزش نوآورانه ویژگی‌ها و مولفه‌های برنامه درسی آموزش عالی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم می‌باشند. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش به طور کلی می‌توان بیان نمود که برنامه‌های درسی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم نیازمند بازطراحی، بازنگری و ارزشیابی مداوم است.
