بررسی دیدگاه اساتید و متخصصان علوم تربیتی نسبت به دوره‌های برخط آزاد انبوه (موک‌ها)با روش تحلیل مضمون

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و ادراک دیدگاه اساتید و متخصصان علوم تربیتی نسبت به دوره­های برخط آزاد انبوه (موک­ها) است. متناسب با این هدف، طرح پژوهش کیفی و روش آن تحلیل مضمون است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، اساتید و متخصصان رشته علوم تربیتی است که حداقل در دو دوره موک شرکت کردند و تعداد 9 نفر از آنان، با روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از مصاحبه­های نیمه­ساختاریافته نسبت به جمع­آوری اطلاعات تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری اقدام شد. مصاحبه­ها با استفاده از شیوه بروان و کلارک (2006) تحلیل شدند. در مجموع، سه موضوع، 11 تم اصلی و 36 تم فرعی بدست آمد. بر اساس یافته­های پژوهش، احساسات و نگرش­ها قبل و پس از شرکت در موک­ها شامل تم­های اصلی چون تردید نخستین و خرسندی واپیسین بوده است. قابلیت­های موک نیز در بخش اهداف، محتوا، روش تدریس و ارزشیابی شناسایی شد. هم­چنین چالش­های بکارگیری موک­ها در ایران شامل مواردی چون فنی، آموزشی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اخلاقی بوده است. در پایان، بر لزوم بازاندیشی و تمهید سازوکارهایی مناسب برای ارتقای شرایط مثبت و کاهش اثرات چالش­های احتمالی تاکید و به برخی پیشنهادهای کاربردی اشاره شده است.
