طراحی و اعتباربخشی الگوی فعالیت‌های فوق‌برنامه رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتباربخشی الگوی فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. روش پژوهش آمیخته می­باشد؛ برای شناسایی ویژگی­های فوق­برنامه از روش تحقیق کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد و برای اعتباربخشی الگو، از روش کمی استفاده شده­است. جامعه مورد بررسی و حجم نمونه در بخش کیفی شامل: (1) سندتحول و کلیه مفاد مربوط به تربیت­معلم و فوق­برنامه این سند می­باشد، (2) از اسناد دانشگاه فرهنگیان؛ 3 سند و (3) مطلعان کلیدی؛ 12 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده­اند. در بخش کمی؛ از گروه خبرگان به­ صورت هدفمند 14 نفر، انتخاب شده­اند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها در بخش کیفی شامل: چک لیست و مصاحبه­های نیمه­ساختاریافته بوده­ و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، از رهیافت نظامند: کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی استفاده گردیده­است. برای روایی تحلیل محتوا از معیارهای ارزیابی گلیزر و اشتراوس، و برای افزایش پایایی، خودارزیابی توسط پژوهشگر انجام شد. اعتباربخشی الگو از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام گرفته­است. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه، توسط استاد راهنما و مشاوران مورد تایید قرار­گرفت و ضریب پایایی به روش الفای کرونباخ 91/0 بدست آمد. داده­های کمی، با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و غیرپارامتریک مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته­اند. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد الگوی ارائه شده فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه دانشگاه فرهنگیان، دارای 18 ویژگی  می­باشد. پس از استخراج ویژگی­ها، ده عنصر فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه، مبتنی بر دیدگاه اَکِر، طراحی شد. بر اساس نتایج، پیشنهاد شد برنامه­های درسی رسمی و فعالیت­های فوق­برنامه رشته آموزش ابتدایی در جهت رشد حرفه­ای دانشجومعلمان­ ادغام گردد؛ و بخشی از طراحی و اجرای فعالیت­ها به دانشجومعلمان محول گردد.
