بررسی چالش‌های نیکبودی آکادمیک اعضای هیات علمی برای نیل به تدوین برنامه درسی تعالی حرفه‌ای استادان

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناخت چالش‌های نیکبودی در بین اساتید برای نیل به تدوین برنامه درسی تعالی حرفه‌ای استادان دانشگاه پیام نور فارس در قالب یک پژوهش کاربردی-توسعه‌ای با رویکرد آمیخته انجام شد. در بخش اول؛ با روش تحلیل مضمون چالش های نیکبودی آکادمیک برای نیل به تدوین برنامه درسی تعالی حرفه‌ای استادان شناسایی شد و در مرحله دوم با رویکرد کمی سوارا چالشهای شناسایی شده اولویت بندی گردید. در بخش کیفی پژوهش مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل اساتید دانشگاه پیام نور استان فارس بوده که فرایند نمونه گیری با رویکرد هدفمند و روش نمونه‌گیری معیار با 20 نفر از اساتید تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند انجام گرفت. تحلیل یافته‌ها نشان داد چالش‌های نیکبودی در قالب چالش‌های فزاینده و کاهنده در چهار محور چالش‌های مرتبط با تدریس، پژوهش، مشاوره و اجتماعی قابل بررسی است. در بخش کمی اقدام به تعیین وزن شاخص‌های الگوی نیکبودی آکادمیک برای تدوین برنامه درسی تعالی حرفه‌ای استادان گردید. به منظور تعیین وزن شاخص‌های موجود از روش تحلیل نسبت ارزیابی وزن‌دهی تدریجی (سوارا) استفاده شد. در میان چالش‌های مورد بررسی علاقه شخصی استاد به تدریس و پژوهش، پیشرفت علمی دانشجویان، ایجاد حس اعتماد در دانشجو و وجود شرایط و امکانات مناسب از بیشترین اولویت برخوردار بودند.
