رویکردی پدیدارشناسانه به تجارب زیسته دانشجو معلمان از برنامه درسی اجرا شده رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف فهم تجارب زیسته دانشجو معلمان از برنامه‌درسی اجرا شده رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام گرفت.  رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و روش پژوهش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی مبتنی بر نظریه هوسرل بود، مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش را دانشجومعلمان رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان اراک تشکیل می داد. که با استفاده از رویکرد نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با 65 نفر  از دانشجویان رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان اراک صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش توصیفی مبتنی بر رویکرد کلایزی بود که با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا 12 اجرا گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که در فرایند کدگذاری‌ها تعداد4 مقوله اصلی(تقلیل محقق) 22 مقوله فرعی (تقلیل یافته) و 55 مقوله باز(تعلیق یافته) شناسایی گردید. تجارب زیسته دانشجویان در کدهای اصلی و فرعی هم راستا ولی در کدهای باز متفاوت بود. کدهای اصلی عبارت بود از، کسب توانایی در زمینه روش تدریس، بهره گیری از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، توسعه توانایی شناختی، کمک به دانش‌آموزان درحل مشکلات یادگیری. در نتایج پژوهش مشاهده گردید تجارب کسب شده دانشجومعلمان با سرفصل‌های برنامه درسی رشته آموزش ابتدایی هم‌پوشانی وجود داشته که دلالت بر همسویی با اهداف قصد شده‌ی برنامه درسی رشته آموزشی ابتدایی دانشگاه  فرهنگیان داشته است.
