ارائه مدل مفهومی دانشگاه به مثابه سازمان یاددهنده با استفاده از روش فراترکیب

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل مفهومی دانشگاه به مثابه سازمان یاددهنده با استفاده از روش فراترکیب می­باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع فراترکیب بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه منابع مرتبط با سازمان یادهنده طی سال­های 2000 تا 2020 به تعداد 124 منبع بود که  تعداد 68 منبع براساس چکیده انتخاب شد. سپس 44 منبع براساس محتوا گزینش شد که در نهایت 21 منبع به عنوان منابع نهایی، به روش تحلیل تم مورد بررسی  قرار گرفت. برای انخاب مقالات از کلید واژه­های سازمان یاددهنده، سازمان یادگیرنده و دانشگاه یاددهنده و از کلید واژ­های انگلیسی Teaching organization، learning organization و University Teaching در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی کتابخانه‌ها، پژوهشکده‌ها و سایت­هایی همچون جهاد دانشگاهی، پایگاه مجلات تخصصی نور، مگیران، مقالات علمی همایش­های کشور، پایگاه نشریات کشور، ایران داک، سیویلیکا، علم نت و پایگاه‌های استنادی و اطلاعاتی معتبر خارجی شامل Science Direct، Google Scholar،Scopus،Springer، IEEE مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. منابع انتخاب شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda 2020  مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند که تعداد  216 کد اولیه حاصل شد. بعد از پالایش و دسته بندی مجدد کدهای اولیه توسط تیم پژوهش 56 مقوله محوری بدست آمد که در2 مولفه اصلی درون‌سازمانی شامل عوامل فردی، مدیریتی، ساختاری و زیر ساختی و عوامل برون‌سازمانی شامل عوامل فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، تکنولوژیکی و اطلاعاتی و عوامل محیطی و اجتماعی و برون‌سازمانی تقسیم بندی شدند. با توجه به نتایج، دانشگاه یاددهنده بایستی بر پایه اصول بنیادین  بنا شود که زیربنا و شالوده‌ی سازمان یاددهنده را شکل می‌دهند. نتیجه تاثیر عوامل دورن­سازمانی و برون‌سازمانی بر سازمان یاددهنده خلق دانش و تحقیق و توسعه دانش جدید در سازمان می‌باشد که در نتیجه تعامل این پیامد‌ها تسهیم دانش در سازمان اتفاق می­افتد.
