بررسی رابطه سبک تدریس اساتید با انگیزه و درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان در محیط یادگیری آنلاین با نقش میانجی سبک‌های مشارکت در یادگیری

چکیده

کیفیت سبک تدریس و تطبیق آن با سبک‌های یادگیری در محیط یادگیری آنلاین(برخط)، نقش بسزایی در افزایش سطح انگیزه و درگیری در فعالیت‌های آموزشی  فراگیران در این نوع محیط یادگیری داشته است. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی از نوع طرح‌های همبستگی انجام شد.نمونه پژوهش شامل100نفرازاساتید و502نفراز دانشجویان معرفی شده از سمت آنان در پردیس‌های دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان اصفهان بود.ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه‌های سبک تدریس گراشا و ریچمن،انگیزه تحصیلی هارتر،درگیری تحصیلی خالقی‌نژاد و سبک یادگیری گراشا و ریچمن بود.نتایج نشان داد که بین سبک تدریس استاد با انگیزه تحصیلی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین سبک تدریس استاد و درگیری تحصیلی رابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد.سبک تدریس از طریق سبک یادگیری بر روی انگیزه تحصیلی و درگیری تحصیلی اثرگذار است.اگر چه این اثر غیر مستقیم معنادار است اما رابطه بین سبک‌های تدریس با سبک‌های یادگیری ضعیف بوده و رابطه بین سبک‌های یادگیری و انگیزه تحصیلی و سبک‌های یادگیری با درگیری تحصیلی است که اهمیت بیشتری در پیش‌بینی دارد.همچنین سبک‌های یادگیری با انگیزه تحصیلی و درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان درمحیط یادگیری آنلاین رابطه‌ قوی‌ای دارد. هدف مطالعه حاضربررسی رابطه سبک تدریس اساتید با انگیزه و درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان در محیط یادگیری آنلاین با نقش میانجی سبک‌های مشارکت در یادگیری بود.
