طراحی الگوی آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای دانشجومعلمان در دانشگاه فرهنگیان، یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی فرایند آموزش اخلاق حرفه­ای معلمی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان و طراحی الگوی آن است. به این منظور از راهبرد پژوهش نظریه داده­بنیاد استفاده شد که از دسته پژوهش های کیفی است. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است. مشارکت­کنندگان پژوهش شامل کلیه استادان درس اخلاق حرفه­ای معلم در دانشگاه فرهنگیان است که از میان آن ها بر اساس ملاک اشباع نظری، با 15 نفر مصاحبه به عمل آمد. داده­های بدست آمده پس از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی در 10 مقوله­ اصلی قرار گرفت که که در قالب مدل پارادایمی شامل: شرایط علّی (استاد مناسب، محتوای مناسب)، مقولة کانونی (اثربخشی آموزش اخلاق)، راهبردهای آموزش اخلاق حرفه­ای (روش تدریس اثربخش، توانمندسازی مداوم)، زمینه (دانشگاه اخلاقی)، شرایط مداخله­گر (تعارض میان آموخته­ها و میدان عمل، استادان فاقد صلاحیت) و پیامدهای (مثبت و منفی) فرایند آموزش اخلاق حرفه­ای معلم و روابط بین ابعاد مختلف آن را منعکس می نمایند که با این مقوله­ها می­توان اخلاق حرفه­ای را به دانشجومعلمان آموزش داد. در پایان بر مبنای نتایج به دست آمده، پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود فرایند آموزش اخلاق حرفه­ای معلم در دانشگاه فرهنگیان ارائه شده است.
