آموزش عالی و چشم انداز خبرگی برنامه درسی دانشجویان رشته گردشگری: یک مطالعه سنتزپژوهی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف کشف و درک ابعاد و مولفه‌های چشم‌انداز خبرگی برنامه درسی دانشجویان گردشگری مبتنی بر رویکرد توسعه پایدار با استفاده از روش سنتزپژوهی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه آثار منتشر شده در این حوزه از سال‌های2000تا 2022در نه پایگاه اطلاعاتی معتبر و نمونه مورد بررسی شامل42سند می‌باشد که بااستفاده از نرم‌افزارMAXQDA20  دسته‌بندی و سازماندهی شدند. از روش کنترل اعضاء و ضریب توافق که برابر با 71% شد، برای اعتبارداده‌ها استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد، چشم‌انداز خبرگی برنامه درسی گردشگری با تاکید بر رویکرد توسعه پایدار شامل شش مضمون خبرگی، نظرورزانه(توجه به جنبة پویا و دینامیک مفاهیم)، کارآفرینانه(کنش هوشمندانه متناسب)، طبیعت‌گرایانه(رفتار محیط‌زیستی مسئولانه)، استراتژک‌گانه(راهبردهای مدیریتی)، جامعه‌شناسانه(درک رابطه واقع‌بینانه‌تر با مسائل) و انسانگرایانه(تغییر در ارزش‌های انسانی) است. مطابق با نتایج، آموزش گردشگری از آموزش حرفه‌ای به آموزش آزادتر و وسیع‌تر باید رشد یابد و پارادایم توسعه پایدار با تمرکز بر شش حیطه خبرگی به مثابه رهیافت و راهبرد تعریف شده در برنامه‌درسی رشته گردشگری ادغام و به بزرگترین پتانسیل در جهت پرورش نیروی انسانی خبره و آگاه در مسیر پیچیده توسعه پایدار گردشگری استفاده گردد. همچنین بر برنامه‌ریزی در راستای هدایت صحیح راهبردهای پایداری در رسالت آموزش عالی گردشگری تأکید می‌شود.
