شناسایی عناصر و ویژگی های آموزش ترکیبی در دانشگاه پیام نور

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عناصر و ویژگی هایآموزش ترکیبی در دانشگاه پیام‌نور انجام شده است. بر این اساس رویکرد پژوهش، از نوع کیفی به روش تحلیلی - اکتشافی است، بدین منظور برای بررسی پیشینه پژوهش و جمع‌آوری داده‌های متناسب با هدف پژوهش از منابع موجود در پایان‌نامه‌ها، کتابخانه، طرح‌های پژوهشی و مقالات موجود در پایگاه‌های علمی داخل و خارج کشور استفاده شد. از کل مقالات ، منابع و اسناد مرتبط با کلید واژه‌ها89 منابع بدست آمد و بعد از حذف منابع غیر مرتبط در نهایت  54 مورد جهت بررسی انتخاب شد. همچنین مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری با خبرگان مشارکت کننده  به تعداد 25 نفر در داخل و خارج از دانشگاه پیام نور به روش هدفمند انجام گرفت و دادههای جمع­آوری شده  به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی  بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج جهت پاسخگویی به سوالات پژوهش در رابطه با عناصر و ویژگی های آموزش ترکیبی در دانشگاه پیام‌نور شامل 8  عنصر که به ترتیب؛ جهت گیری (اهداف و سیاست­ها)، محتوا،  راهبردهای تدریس، یاددهنده و یاگیرنده و فعالیت های آنان، مواد و منابع، زمان، مکان و محیط های آموزشی و ارزشیابی؛ و 7 ویژگی از جمله؛ فنی، آموزشی، ارتباطی، ارزیابی و بازخورد، منابع و امکانات، مدیریتی، سازمانی تعیین گردید از آنجایی که عناصر و مولفه ها و ویژگی های کامل و جامعی برای آموزش ترکیبی در دانشگاه پیام نور طراحی نشده است این مدل می تواند بصورت زمینه طراحی اثربخش و کاربردی در دانشگاه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد..این الگو به برنامه­ریزان و طراحان آموزشی در دانشگاه کمک می­کند تا آموزش.بر اساس نیاز های دانشگاه و مخاطبان با نتایج بدست آمده تدوین ، طراحی ، پیاده سازی و ارزیابی نمایند . یافته های این تحقیق می تواند در جهت رسیدن دانشگاه پیام نور به اهداف و سیاست های کلان بر مبنای اساسنامه دانشگاه ، جامع عمل بپوشاند و آموزش های باز و از دور در داخل و خارج مهیا سازد .
