دستاوردهای یادگیری مورد انتظار دانش‌آموختگان دوره کارشناسی رشته علوم تربیتی: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

شناسایی و سنجش دستاوردهای یادگیری یک رویکرد در حال توسعه در آموزش عالی است که به‌منظور ارزیابی و ارتقای کیفیت آن مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و دسته‌بندی دستاوردهای یادگیری مورد انتظار دانش‌آموختگان دوره کارشناسی علوم‌تربیتی انجام شده‌است. بدین منظور از رویکرد کیفی و طرح نظام‌مند نظریه برخاسته از داده‌ها در سطح نظم‌دهی مفهومی بهره‌گیری شده‌‌است. در این پژوهش، از چند منبع گردآوری داده شامل برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی رشته علوم تربیتی مصوب 1395 و نظر مطلعان کلیدی شامل اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه تهران، کارفرمایان مشاغل مرتبط و دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه تهران استفاده‌شد. گردآوری داده‌های کیفی از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته و با راهبرد نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی انجام شد. اشباع داده‌ها با 37 مصاحبه به‌دست آمد. تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA2018 و کدگذاری باز اشتراس انجام و به شناسایی دستاوردهای یادگیری مورد انتظار در چهار دسته «شناختی»، «مهارتی»، «ذهنی-‌عاطفی» و «اجتماعی» منجر گردید. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند زمینه‌ای برای استفاده‌های چندگانه مانند تدوین و بازنگری برنامه درسی، ساخت ابزار و ارزیابی کیفیت تحقق دستاوردهای یادگیری به‌منظور ارتقا و تضمین کیفیت فعالیت‌های یاددهی- یادگیری در آموزش عالی قرار گیرد.
