تاثیر کیفیت برنامه درسی و خودتعیین‌گری دانشجویان بر نیت کارآفرینی: نقش میانجی‌گرانه الهام کارآفرینانه و خلاقیت

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تاثیر کیفیت برنامه درسی مهارت­محور دوره کارشناسی و خودتعیین‌گری روان‌شناختی بر نیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان، با نقش میانجی الهام کارآفرینانه و خلاقیت انجام شد. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. 341 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه ارومیه در سه دانشکده به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به عنوان نمونه در پژوهش شرکت داشتند. از پرسش‌نامه‌های نیت کارآفرینی لینان و چن، مقیاس محمدشفیع، نیستانی، میرشاه‌جعفری و تقوایی برای کیفیت برنامه درسی، مقیاس ارضای نیازهای بنیادین روان‌شناختی گانیه در بررسی خودتعیین‌گری دانشجویان، پرسشنامه سوئیتاریس، زربیناتی و اللحام در الهام کارآفرینانه و پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد دلیللو و هاگتون در سنجش خلاقیت کارآفرینانه و زامپتاکیس و موستاکیس در خلاقیت فردی، خانوادگی و دانشگاهی استفاده شد. پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش تایید شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که کیفیت برنامه درسی نتوانست تاثیری مستقیم بر نیت کارآفرینی داشته باشد؛ بین خودتعیین‌گری با نیت کارآفرینی رابطه مثبت و معناداری برقرار بود و الهام کارآفرینانه و خلاقیت در این رابطه نقشی میانجی داشتند. لذا برنامه درسی مهارت‌محور دانشگاه‌ها می‌تواند در کنار آگاهی از پایه‌های فردی و روان‌شناختی کارآفرینی و استعدادهای بالقوه دانشجویان، با هدف تاثیرگذاری بر انگیزه‌های شناختی و عاطفی ایشان در افزایش نیت کارآفرینی آنان، تاثیرگذار باشد.
